Below we have a lovely selection of cakes to suit every occasion. The cakes come in both round and rectangular shapes.

ROUND CAKES 24 CM

In general, we say that a cake of 24 cm gives approximately 12 – 16 pieces of cake.
We recommend calculating 1.5 pieces of cake for each person after a meal. Calculate slightly more if only cake is to be served.

LARGE CAKES

Our large rectangular cakes 30×50 cm make approx. 40-50 pieces of cake.
We recommend calculating 1.5 pieces of cake for each person. Calculate slightly more if only cake is to be served.

Pavlova is a light meringue-based cake that is light, crispy and melts in your mouth. Filled with cream and berries on top.

The world’s best, or Kvæfjord cake as it is also called, has been voted Norway’s national cake. It is often to be found on a typical cake table, whether it is for a Christening, confirmation, anniversary or wedding.
The cake consists of crispy meringue, filled with vanilla cream and soft whipped cream.
